Emma Gale
Songwriter, artist manager and label founder with more than 85 releases and 15 million streams.
Emma created Lemonade Music to give independent artists the kind of support she believes the industry should offer: honest guidance, fair agreements, creative freedom and a team that genuinely cares about the person behind the music.
As a songwriter, Emma has worked with artists and writers across Europe, secured two publishing deals and written songs selected for national finals including Croatia’s Dora, Norway’s Melodi Grand Prix and Latvia’s Supernova. She has been a GRAMMY® Voting Member since 2023 and is also a member of The Ivors Academy.
At Lemonade, Emma leads artist development, songwriting, release strategy, rights, contracts, marketing and partnerships. Her approach is relationship-led, practical and built around helping artists make strong decisions without losing what makes them distinctive.

Chris del Camino
I don’t just play parts. I elevate songs. Whether it’s soaring saxophone lines, lush flute and reed arrangements, or textured guitars, keys, melodica, vocals, songwriting and production, I bring a signature sound that cuts through and connects.
Chris del Camino is a multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter from California, now based in the Netherlands.
For most of the 2010s, Chris toured with reggae-pop act HIRIE as a founding member, co-writer and multi-instrumentalist. He helped shape songs across all five of the band’s full-length albums through collaborative songwriting, pre-production and recording. On the road, he became known for crafting immersive live moments through custom backing tracks, layered transitions and arrangements that lift a show from good to unforgettable.
As a session player, Chris specialises in saxophone but thrives when expanding the sonic palette with flute, melodica, accordion, guitars, keys and synths, bringing richness and unexpected colour to every track.
